1. About Dazenimo

Dazenimo is an independent, authorized reseller of DAZN Italy subscriptions. Dazenimo is not DAZN and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by DAZN Group.

2. Products and pricing

We sell access to DAZN Italy subscriptions in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Each plan is a one-time, prepaid purchase for a fixed period — none of our plans renew or charge automatically. Current pricing for each plan is shown on our Plans page at the time of purchase. All prices are in EUR.

3. Acceptable use

• Personal, non-commercial use only.
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute your account access.
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable law.

Sharing or reselling your access may result in account cancellation without a refund.

4. Activation & delivery

After payment is confirmed, our team activates your DAZN Italy subscription and emails you confirmation and access details. Activation is targeted to complete within a few hours, and always within 24 hours of a confirmed payment. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, contact support@dazenimo.com with your order number.

5. Service guarantee

We guarantee that your access will function for the duration of your plan. If it stops working through no fault of your own, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, replace or repair access at no additional cost.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details. You may be redirected to our payment provider's own domain to complete checkout — this is expected and normal.

7. Refunds & cancellations

See our Refund Policy for the full terms, including your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law and the exceptions that apply to digital content once accessed.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by European Union law and, where applicable, Italian commercial law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
